Please note, the estimated cost per person for this tour is subject to change based on factors such as flight prices, additional Checked in baggages or any special arrangements. Final pricing will be provided upon confirmation. The estimated cost includes the items mentioned in the itinerary. Any additional services, personal expenses, or optional activities not included in the itinerary will be at the passengers’ expense.
Total Average additional costs for the activities entry ticket and food for each person: AED 200
Payment:
An advance of 50% (Per Pax) is required to confirm reservations(Flights). Remaining payment is due on or before the arrival day in Azerbaijan.
Cancellation:
Once tickets are booked, it can’t be canceled or refunded (As per Wizz air airlines).
Passport and Visa:
Passport expiration should not be less than 6 months from the date of return flight. UAE residents’ visa with 3 months validity. Valid UAE Visit visa (Single or Multiple) at the date of return flight (Passengers not having a UAE Residents visa are responsible for ensuring they have the valid UAE Visit visa at the time of return).
Accommodation:
Accommodation is included in the estimated cost. Specific room types and preferences can be accommodated upon request with extra cost. Room types: Double bed room and Family room (Double bed and 2 single bed).
Transportation:
Transportation within Azerbaijan is included in the estimated cost.
Tour Guide Services:
